HOW TO MAKE “CILOK KRISPY”
with peanuts sauce




Ingredient:                                     
1.     Wheat flour                              
2.      Tapioca flour                                     
3.      Bread crumb                                       
4.      Sausage                                               
5.      Garlic                                                  
6.      Chili                                                    
7.      Pepper
8.      Salt
9.      Flavoring
10.  Cooking oil



Sauce ingredient:
1.     Peanuts
2.      Palm sugar
3.      Garlic
4.      Chili
5.      Kencur
6.      Lime leaves




How to make sauce:
1.      Fried the peanuts until browned. Raise and drain.




2.      Mashed the spices (Kencur, lime leaves, garlic, chili and salt).


Put the fried peanuts and palm sugar and mashed.


3.      Put water in the sauce.




How to make spicy sausage:
1.      Cut the sausage and rough chop.



1.      Mashed the spices (Garlic and salt).



Mix the spices with the sausage.


How to make “Cilok Krispy”:
1.      Mix wheat flour, tapioca flour and spices that have been mashed (pepper, garlic, and salt). Add water little by little and knead until smooth.


1.      Make a round dough by adding spicy sausage in it.


Boil the water and put the cilok in it until float. Raise.

Put the dough that has been round with the flour wheat dough and put into bread crumb.

1.      Heat the cooking oil and insert the dough that has been put in bread crumb until browned.




1.      Raise and drain. Cilok krispy ready to serve with peanuts sauce.
